The best there is
Dr. Cramer has been treating my multiple sclerosis for the last several years. Honestly, her staff and her are the greatest human beings alive and my life would be a disaster without them! They’re so supportive, helpful and knowledgeable and Dr. Cramer is a wealth of information about MS. I can’t recommend a better neurologist and I can assure you she’s easily the best we have in the state of Virginia if not even beyond that. Highly recommend her if you suffer from MS!

Aftercare of ischemic strokes
I couldn't imagine having to find another neurologist with the knowledge, encouragement, patience, and empathy Dr. Cramer administers. She is the real deal!

One of the best neurologists that I've seen. I have recommended her & will continue to recommend her to anyone & everyone in need of a neurologist. I've been seeing her for approximately 6 years & will continue to see her.

It took awhile to get in to see Dr. Cramer. After having to work lots of neurological Dr.s.. Dr. Cramer is a breath of fresh air. Very professional and knowledgeable and a bedside manner unmatched in the valley, bar none. I'm looking forward in working with Dr. Cramer team. Very clean and neat facility. I'm very impressed. The worst thing was I didn't meet her early. Thank you Dr.Cramer. I highly recommend her. T.M.

In March I was given lab orders from Sarah Champion to get done in June. On June 1st I had my lab work done. Today is June 10, 2021 and the doctors office has no clue where my lab results are. I called Quest Diagnostics and was advised the lab order did not have a fax number listed to provide results and they are unable to provide me the information over the phone. I have called everyday since Monday looking for my results and Cindy has done absolutely nothing to assist me. I am very dissatisfied with the lack of communication and knowledge required to do this job.

I have been seeing Dr Jill Cramer since 2015. I've had multiple sclerosis 46 years and Lyme disease for a little better than two now. She is pleasant, professional, thorough, and I find her to be someone with whom I am confident with the severity of my health. Additionally she is learned and knowledgeable in her field and, very encouraging. I strongly recommend Dr. Jill to anyone. She is highly considerate of her patients and respectful, in addition to staff is equally as wonderful.
