Very rude, condescending and retaliates.
She was very rude and condescending. Her nurses even said that it was normal and that patients and staff have brought it up before, but reports get brushed under the rug. When mentioned that she was being condescending and rude, she stormed out of my appointment and had the nurse come back with an after visit summary that had a new diagnosis of 'drug-seeking behavior' even though I never once asked for medications. I feel bad for her staff who were amazing. It has to be hard to provide quality care when the doctor doesn't care.

Should have her license taken away
Horrible doctor, insensitive and should have her license taken away.

Dr. Crosby was the most insensitive physician I have ever encountered. I asked her how many years she had been practicing as I found she didn’t listen carefully to me (erroneously stated symptoms I did not claim I had) and she replied, “that is none of your business.” It appears Dr. Crosby needs some training in bedside manners although I seriously doubt it would help her as she lacked any empathy and was extraordinarily defensive. Practicing medicine requires not just ordering tests but making a patient feel comfortable and at ease regardless of the test results. Dr. Crosby is a very new physician and I would hope she gains the skills necessary to be a caring doctor but that requires her recognition that she has a problem.
