After being treated for 3 weeks including 2 days in the hospital by a major clinic in South Bend IN for food poisoning, I was seen by Dr. Gorsuch at Lakeland ER and diagnosed with a blocked intestine with imediate emergency surgery. Dr. Gorsuch saved my life! She is the best.

Dr. Gorsuch performed emergency surgery on me on a sunday afternoon. She was very polite, professional and informative on the procedure I was about to have. I would recommend her for general surgery to anyone.

Dr.Gorsuch has done two surgeries on me. One was removing my gallbladder and the other was this past Sunday in an emergency setting of removing my appendix. I was ecstatic when I found out she was doing my appendix since I already trusted her from my gallbladder removal. She’s very comforting and thorough and makes sure you have no questions unanswered. She’s a wonderful surgeon and I applaud her skills!

I have never met a Doctor that has such a great bedside manner! From the first appointment she made me feel as though I was her only patient and had been treating me for years. She explained fully the routes of investigation she felt were available before even thinking of performing Surgery. Dr Gorsuch performed surgery on me just under a week ago now, although I am still in some pain, she was able to find the problem, correct it, and I am looking forward to a new pain free life! Excellent Dr!

My experience with Dr. Jill Gorsuch was nothing but amazing. When you first meet her you are not the patient in room 1 but an actual person. You are not rushed and she truly takes the time to talk to you and explain everything thoroughly. You are her number one priority. And she is no different at surgery time right through to the post surgery appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Gorsuch and can't say enough about her character and compassion that she extends to you as a person.

Dr. Gorsuch is a very patient-oriented doctor. She listens well to her patients, and is fully attentive to their concerns and questions. She is one of the most supportive doctors I have ever visited.
