Didn’t fully listen to my concerns. Blamed a medication that has helped my quite often and continues to for all my issues. Initial appointment over a week ago and still haven’t heard back in results.

I saw Dr. Poole a few years ago when noone could determine what was wrong with me. I was very ill. She was rude, chastised me, and spent very little time with me, despite driving 6 hours to see her. I never went back. I found a competent allergy/immunology specialist at a better facility, who spent over a week diagnosing me and found exactly what was wrong. I doctor with them now. I do not recommend Dr. Poole for environmental illnesses. For basic allergies, she might have been ok. Her demeanor and bedside manner were terrible. Her recommendations made me worse and I had to wait another 4 months in agony before I could start over at the other facility. I'm still mortified by the way I was treated and the waste of thousands of dollars she was. I had a witness with me also who was also appalled. I still can't believe she was appointed the head of the department at UNMC.

Dr. Poole is amazing. She is kind caring and compassionate. Since I travel 3 hours to see her she takes time with me and answers all my questions and concerns. She takes my symptoms seriously and has been a blessing for myself and my family.
