We love Dr.Jill and the nurses. My son has been seeing her since he was about 3 or 4 and he's 9 now and she's always been great. She takes time to explain things to myself and my son and listens to any of our concerns. I feel that she truly cares about him and that makes me feel good. She responds to emails and calls in a timely manner as well. From my personal experience I HIGHLY recommend Dr Jill!

My new-born kid suffered significantly because she put her into ER although she turned out to be NOT SICK AT ALL. I asked her to take temperature again, but she wouldn't. As a matter of fact, the temperature they took varied from no reading to 96-ish to 97-ish. So unreliable. She won't listen to you, or else it could be avoided, including a huge bill. Should she have told us more about our new-born, it could be avoided too. I would not recommend her to any parents who love their kids.
