Straight down hill
So, my family and I have been a seeing Dr. Taylor and Dr. Hund for years now. And I’ve gotta say, it’s really sad seeing good doctors go so down hill. The office is completely run down, as if they don’t even care to look presentable. But honestly, that’s not at all why I’m complaining. The staff is so careless and rude, I don’t know how they’re representing that practice at all. I can’t tell you how many times we have ALL (my mother, father, brother and I) been billed incorrectly, over prescribed and overlooked with scheduling appts and when we go to appts. Neither doctor seems to really listen to any issues that I am having, and just try to get you out of the door asap. You can’t even call back to ask the doctor a question, you have to make another appt. They don’t seem to care about anything except money. Dr. Hund just interrupts any time I try making any inputs in our visit anyway, so any questions answered don’t really answer anything. Now the whole family is shopping for a new PCP

I am very upset. I have been a patient of Dr Taylor for years. And I was in the office and I was finished with Dr Taylor and waiting for the nurse to do my blood pressure and remember I had a question for Dr Taylor and said I would wait for her to finish with her other patient and they told me I would have to make another appointment with her. I can’t believe she can’t stop for a patient to answer a question. That she just changed 170.00 a question. I guess she really does hate her job.

She was listed on my nephews HMO for Blue Cross blue shield, unfortunately he had not seen her yet and broke his elbow over NYE urgent care requested he follow up Tuesday with orthopedic, insurance required a prior authorization. They would not give the referral without a new patient appointment with a nurse and would not work to schedule him for two more days!!!! Asked if she could speak with the doctor and explain the situation that he has two broken bones and she said no they won’t squeeze anyone in. Do not use this place they do not care about their patients!!!

I went to Dr. Taylors office, saw Dr. Don Hund
I went to Dr. Taylors office, saw Dr. Don Hund (for $85) for a sinus infection. He prescribed a Z-Pack, it did not work. I called back to get another prescription, I was told to make another appointment (another $85) or they would not help me, period. No "if, and or buts", pay up or stay sick. Does this sound like a doctor of medicine or money? Do you think she cares about my health, or the money? Here is a quote from THE HIPPOCRATIC OATH, "I will remember that I do not treat a fever chart, a cancerous growth, but a sick human being, whose illness may affect the person's family and economic stability. My responsibility includes these related problems, if I am to care adequately for the sick." Do 'you' think she upheld her oath? I am poor (no insurance) which is why I had to pay $85 for a visit. I don't have ANOTHER $85 for another visit. Dr. Taylor's response? Pay up or stay sick.

I have been a patient of Dr. Taylor for over 10 years, mainly seeing Vickie, her P.A. Both are great. HOWEVER, over the past couple of years my satisfaction has gone from 5 stars to 1. It is clear they are suffering financially as they moved from a nice office in Kingwood to 2 different low rent locations. Currently desperately in need of a remodel. Recently they are using a new company in-house for medical testing and requesting unnecessary tests. Luckily I figured this out before they performed the tests & billed me. DO NOT fill out the "green" questionnaire- your personal medical info will go to a 3rd party. What a blatant money grab. Staff is very unhappy and turnover is high. CONSTANT mistakes on billing which never seem to get resolved. Overheard Dr. T and staff discussing IN THE OPEN my refusal to consent to unnecessary testing and that was the last straw. Quality & strength of hormone creams at their pharm has declined to the point that I get better quality OTC.

I have been a patient of Dr. Taylor's for over 18 years and over that period of time she has saved my life several times. My testimonial is less of a recognition of Dr. Taylor's professional expertise and more of a recommendation of her ability to listen, care and mend. I can vouch for the fact her abilities are unmatched.

Never so disappointed in a medical professional in my life. Moved her office over the weekend without notice and didn't even notify me and I had an appointment on Monday. Then the new office was absolutely filthy. There were a couple of incidents that raised red flags for me and I decided it was time to move on. .

Staff is rude and consistently make errors. Dr. Taylor and her PA's have conflicting diagnosis. They do blood work it seems every 3 months and prescribe more meds each time. Finally after having issues with my heart my cardiologist asked why I was taking medication for my thyroid when it is normal. I decided to get off all their meds and have not had one symptom and feel better than I have in a very long time. All they care about is money whether there is a true diagnosis, I am still unsure.

I have to agree with all the negative views listed and regret not researching. Extremely rude staff from the top down, especially the office staff and nurses...that alone made me not want to ever return. Although the physician seemed very knowledgable, I received a somewhat complex diagnosis with limited education and resources. I left the office unclear of my treatment plan and unfortunately they seem to have a policy not to disperse written instruction-odd and not ok. Seeking second opinion.

Pros:Dr. T's background is in chemistry, she runs best blood and thyroid panels to pin point your thyroid needs. She prescribes the right combination of bio identical hormones, compounded in her pharmacy, specifically for your thyroid needs. She fixed my thyroid. Cons: Lots of questionable tests like Electro Interstitial Scans, conducted by techs in her office then a separate CO bills insurance thousands. Her staff claim bills not from them. Lots of run around, rude staff. Dr. T promotes same.

No. Just no. Rude, unfriendly staff. Uncaring. Money hungry. I literally still cannot get overall the level of rudeness I just experienced from everyone from the checkout guy to the doctor to the nurse. This place is so poor and horrible. The new location is also dirty and disgusting.

Awful bedside manner. I've been going there for over a year to help balance my hormones and take care of my high blood pressure. Each time I left there I said I would never go back. Unorganized, not helpful, pill pusher but you can only go to their pharmacy. My husband and a friend also experienced the same service as me. All 3 of us found another doctor. I'm usually very easy going and never complain but after multiple experiences I decided I needed to go somewhere else.

Staff is unprofessional. Nurses do not wear scrubs or name tags and are very unfriendly. Saw NP who was combative, attempted to prescribe (OTC) supplements that could ONLY be filled at their pharmacy if I wanted to come back for another evaluation, including supplements I had previously had bad reactions to. Did not look at any of the labs or documents from other physicians.
