Dr.Jill is knowledgeable and extremely caring. Her expertise in endocrine issues is obvious. She takes time and answers all questions and concerns.

Saw her 5yrs ago for the first time and she missed the 5 lumps around my thyroid! Now 5 yrs later someone else finds them and sends me back to her! It took 5 months to be told I did not have Cancer! But she will not treat all my hair, eye brow, eye lash loss,or extra facial hair , or weight problems because of the lumps!! Tests show great hormone imbalance! No direction for a 2nd visit and had to get results via another Doctor I had! She is useless! Now I have to go 150 miles to Grand Rapids to find an Endocrinologist! No one in TC ! No one will take you in Petowskey either! Do not use this Doctor!!

Excellent exchange of problems and suggested solutions. She seemed attentive, interested and knowledgeable. I am a retired physician but she did not assume my knowledge or cater to me. Her advice is logical and practical.

I was referred to Dr. Vollbrecht, waited a month no call. I called there and was told she declined to see me because my counts were in normal range. I have Graves Disease, Graves dermopathy and Graves Ophalmopathy, but I guess it doesn't mean anything. Pathetic!

Wow! I just tried to make an appointment. (Today is December 12th 2017) The receptionist asked me if I was a patient. I said yes. She asked me for my name and birthdate. Afterwards she said "You already have an appt in June". I told her I was having serious issues and couldn't wait till then. She told me to call my primary care doctor and hung up on me. Just WOW!

Unprofessional. I don't have any confidence in her skills and less in her bedside manor. Will not listen to the patient and acted like seeing me was an inconvenience or burden.

Myself and my daughter see Dr. Vollbrecht neither of us has any complaints ,she seems to care about our health. The office staff have been nothing but nice .

I called to schedule an appointment with the Dr. as my family physician referred me. I waited two weeks, no call, so I called. I was greeted by a very unfriendly woman. The first available appointment was November. She was NOT helpful and therefore I did not schedule the appointment. I have no comment if Dr. Vollbrecht is a good doctor as unfortunately I couldn't get past her grumpy office staff.

Finding out you have Diabetes is hard enough, but having to deal with rude office staff makes it feel impossible. They had scheduled my educational appointment the first of March and the weather was not good. When I asked if I could have it done a subsidiary that was closer to home, the woman acted as if I asked her to move a mountain. Why do people go into healthcare when they are not emphatic or helpful to patients.

I thought Dr Vollbrecht and her staff were pleasant and professional. But I cried almost continuously while I was in her office for two hours and not one person asked me if I was ok, or if I needed a break or anything. All of the staff and the doctor acted as though I were not crying at all. No acknowledgement of my pain and fear. I think that was cold-hearted and insensitive.

Dr vollbrecht office scheduled me for a certain date due to my diabetic exspences I couldn't go so I called ahead of time to let them know I couldn't make it. I was told I would be charged a cancelation fee I asked how can I afford that when at the time I couldn't afford the medication that keeps me alive so unbeknownst to me they rescheduled I ended up missing that. Thankfully Iam in a better financial situation now and guess is the only diabetic specialist in town and refuses to see me.
