Amazing Doctor for Endoscopy and Conoloscopy
Doctor Chou is very patient and caring for his patients. By the way, Dr.Chou speaks perfect mandarin.My mom has made her first appointment with Dr.Chou and he is very patient to listen to my mom medical condition and history, and talk through what potential problem she has and advice to her.The staff in office are very polite and respectful.Marygnale, Margie and Tiffani are very professional, and they help me schedule the endoscopy and colonoscopy for her and give me the clear instruction what you should do and not to do before the surgery.All in all, they give me a feeling of conform and profession, and that’s what the patient needs truly. Thank you Dr.Chou and the staff.

No follow-up and no calling back - the phone rings and ring. Doctor just suggested medicine without going into details about the problem.
