Telehealth
He really cares. I could tell he thoroughly reviewed my records prior to meeting me. Some of my issues fell outside the scope of his normal practice, so he referred me to a gynecologist. Unfortunately, she can't see me for 11 months. He agreed to help me until I can see her. Also, my condition is neurologic, but I have been unsuccessfully bounced around in the department, and I don't have anyone to help me there either. He was proactive with my mychart message and had his staff call me to reschedule 2 additional meetings. I can tell he doesn't have experience with my condition, but he did research it and is trying to help me rather than pass me along. He's great!
