Good Visit
Came to get my eyes checked, had to wait a while but the appointment itself was straightforwards. The doctor seemed busy and I had to ask a clarifying question but she gave me all the info I needed. Will go again.

Very unprofessional. Neither her or her staff even read the chart before the appointment. She did not try to explain her diagnosis. She made it clear that she was unable to do anything to help and unwilling to look for alternatives Her interpersonal skills were as bad as they could be. She told an 11 year old that maybe there would be something that might help in their lifetime I very much wish that I had never made the appointment to see her. I can't think of a single positive.

I had been to another retina specialist, but went to Dr. Yan and she did my macular hole repair in my right eye in 2010. She was excellent. When I started having issues with my left eye, I decided to go to Dr. Yan. She is not as close to where I live, but well worth the extra drive time.
