Compassionate Provider
Dr. Sindhav listened to my concerns and offered me a treatment plan that fit. Her staff is responsive on the patient portal to follow up questions. She was easy to talk to and attentive during the appointment. I got off acid reflux medicine that I had been on for years under her care. She treats people of all ages.

Kind! Helpful!! Knowledgeable!! Efficient!!
I called the office and got an appointment the very next day. I saw Dr Sindhav for the first time as my new primary care doc. From the front desk to check out, a great experience with no waiting. Saw Dr Sindhav within 15 minutes of arrival. She was thorough, thoughtful, accomodating, and a great listener with a calming bedside manner. I needed an immediate referral for a same day appointment with a specialist and got that, in addition to 4 other referrals to various specialists. The offices of the specialists' called me the next day to make appointments. Again, a great experience in every way. I highly recommend Dr Sindhav.

Annual Checkup Procedures
Pls find a better place and doctor then ADC/Dr Jivantika. She was referring my last year's blood work for this appointment. ADC told me before the meeting that the blood work is processed after the Annual check up. If blood work is the basis for the appt then what kind of annual check up was performed without this report? Doctor's office and ADC is completely misaligned on the working procedures. I was barely able to understand the nurse.

Stay away from this doctor and the staff. Very unprofessional clinic and staff. The staff documents wrong information and then make you liable for it.

I normally see the N.P. In the office and she is excellent!! We have been seeing her for years but today my only option was Dr Sindhav. I was the last appt on a Friday afternoon and not only did I wait 45 minutes to see her I felt like she threw me out the door and didn't listen to me at all. I got into my car and didn't know anything that I didn't know except I have fluid behind my ears. If you go to this clinic see Lacey Vogtman N.P. She is one of the best in Omaha!!

I disagree with the prior comments made on this doctor. I had read them before going, and wish I wouldn't have. There is nothing unfriendly about this doctor. I can tell that she is very intelligent, and takes her job seriously. She heard me out, checked out everything, and was kind. No fakey fake smiles that maybe some people want, but she DID SMILE, and so far I am going to continue with her care. My wait time might have been more because I was a new patient, 1 hr total.
