My children are now grown, but I would be remiss not to write a review. Dr. Joan Mathews was my three children’s pediatrician for over 25 years. She is the most knowledgable, professional and compassionate doctor-pediatrician that you can find. She is Boston’s best. I count my lucky stars that I found her.

She was Dr on call. Very rude doesn’t know how to deal with kids she even did not check temperature when I said my daughter had fever all night we were out in less then 3 min she just took throat and step sample that only I asked her to take. 1st thing they ask for cash money for copay don’t understand why if they have copy of my insurance. I will never go back again it’s waste of time and money.

Where to begin????? She kept my baby screaming and couldn't possibly move slower, act more annoyed or cold that we came to her (she was a dr on call for our pediatrician), didn't know how to interact with my child or do things in a speedy way, and her place is FILTHY!!!!!!!!!!! Doesn't take credit card?! I have never had a less caring and more miserable experience at a pediatrician. This woman should not be taking care of children.
