Dr. Joanne Kingsley, MD

She doesn't listen to the patient and created false documentation within my medical chart. During a follow up visit (yes, I had to physically go for ANOTHER visit *also improperly documented) to resolve said issue; took me two months of several phone calls & emails, only for her to refuse correcting said documents. She lacks empathy and understanding for victims of sexul crime and portrays a superior demeanor. She did not reconcile previous visit note properly, and her response to me, in reference to the falsified documents was: "That's not how I remember it." She didn't state the facts correctly, misrepresented the info with sloppy dictation and she embellished a false description of my incident. Needless to say, I ws unable to attach my office visit note to my police report, because of her non-sensical language and incompetence to document, PROPERLY! She also said it was pointless to try and resolve the note, because "it wouldn't hold up in court".

Dr. Kingsley is very helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and provides all of the options that she possibly can. She explains the options carefully and clearly, and then allows the patient to make the decisions. Her bedside manner is very friendly,personable, and professional. Though we have had some wonderful healthcare professionals over the years, we would rate Dr. Kingsley among the best we have ever had. We highly recommend her .
