Dr. Joaquin Diaz Jr, DPM

I arrive 10 minutes early to my appointment. I waited to be seen by the doctor for two hours only to see two patient's get seen before me. I threaten to leave and then was seen by the doctor. If this is how new patient are treated, I will not be going back. I have better things to do with my time then to wait on a doctor whose rushes through my visit. He huffed when I could not give him my pharmacy phone number fast enough. Sir, I'm just as frustrated as you are, but I will still be respectful.

The medical administrative have a very bad and poor attitude. She asked me to come back the next week because I didn't bring referal from my daughter'sprimary doctor. This is our third time here not the first time. They called me one day before to remind us about the appointment but forgot to mention we need to bring the referal. What kind of person who works dealing with patient but does not have a friendly and professional attitude?Is it so hard to just to apologize and SMILE?!
