I had my first appointment with Affiliated Eye Surgeons. Dr Hess was compassionate, detailed and answered all of my questions. She spent time and was very professional. She also provided me with information concerning my eye situation - cataracts and dry eye.

Dr. Hess is an excellent doctor. I have a great deal of confidence knowing she is caring for my eyes. She is thorough in going over the tests that the techs run, and she explains in detail any questions I might have. Dr. Hess is very down to earth and is not rude like some docs are. She is easy to talk to, and I always feel I am in good hands with her as my doctor. I highly recommend her to family and friends.

Dr. Hess is kind and compassionate and listens to your problem. She is the best at getting to the root of the issue and very thorough. Her staff leaves a lot to be desired, they are rude and very obnoxious. I am not a fan of any of her office staff.

Decided to switch Doctors and looked at many reviews. Decided on Dr. Hess. Office staff was friendly and efficient. Did not wait long to see Doctor. Exam was thorough and Dr. listened and provided detail information to me. I highly recommend Dr. Hess.

I needed to see Dr. Hess for an emergency and the Office Staff was able to give me an appointment for the same day! The Office Staff is great. Dr. Hess was terrific - she explained the entire examination and diagnosis. She listened and she took her time with me.

I needed a new ophthalmologist and vision center and took a chance this year and made an appt with Dr. Hess. She is terrific - she spends time listening to you, performs a thorough exam and explains the conditions she's checking for and her findings. The staff is terrific and the vision center people helped me pick nice frames and helped me out when the insurance company messed up on my claims. I highly recommend Dr. Hess and the vision center in her office!
