From the initial introduction to the post-operative period, Dr. Reiss was condescending, abrupt, and abrasive. Dr. Reiss intentionally made the patient feel inferior on multiple occasions throughout the experience. Dr. Reiss exudes an obvious feeling of superiority that often interferes with her patient care. I strongly recommend avoiding Dr. Reiss at all cost.
