Dr. Turner seemed pleasant and helpful. She made me feel comfortable discussing matters. Regarding billing, coding practices in this office for an annual physical - I was charged for every preventative discussion point during my annual physical, without treatment. Clerical inaccuracies and aggressive billing practices. I caution any new patient and suggest that they discuss billing practices prior to attending an annual physical office visit. I cannot recommend her because of billing practices, however, I believe she would represent her patients well.

Dr Turner listened to my concerns and was very responsive to my needs. Very empathetic! Also has an excellent staff. I've done both in-person and Telehealth. Same excellent experiences.

Dr. Turner listens and she genuinely cares for her patients. She is patient, never rushes, she’s very kind, empathetic, honest, and very intelligent. She doesn’t pretend to care, she really does care. I Never met a doctor like her before. I feel so fortunate to have her as my doctor.

Dr. Turner is (by far) the best doctor that has ever treated me. She is exceptionally knowledgeable, caring and kind. She never acts rushed and always spends as much time as needed. Dr. Turner is the best PCP I have ever had. I have recommended her to anyone who has said they need a new doctor. She spends plenty of time listening and talking through plans and decisions about my treatment. She seems genuinely concerned about me as a patient. She is also very knowledgable and wants to ensure that we figure out exactly what is wrong.

Dr. Turner is an excellent doctor. She is right on point with things. very helpful and she does not try to just push you through. she takes special time to listen to what is going on. It is hard to find a doctor where your not just a number and wants to get you in and out fast and not realize what issues you are having. She is my primary care doctor and it will stay that way until she is no longer in practice.

Dr. Turner was friendly, courteous, caring, and obviously knowledgeable. I would recommend her and her office staff to anyone.
