Dr. Rawles saved my mother life, his UCI patient.
My ill mother was very lucky to be under psychiatric treatment by Dr. Rawles and his team at UCI. This Ethic Team has effectively made a right time medical decision, for my ill mother underwent needed procedures, to save her life.

He's the first psychiatrist I've ever liked. He's kind and explains things without being hurried or condescending.

They have a system where you check in downstairs and then go to a waiting room on the floor where the doctor is. At my 2nd visit, after about 45 minutes of waiting I knocked on his door. He wasn't informed that I was waiting, quizzed me on how I checked in but gave no apology. That could have been overlooked but he then went on to tell me he couldn't help me and gave me a referral. I was charged for that visit on top of it.
