I was very disappointed in Dr. Bigley!
He was running late for my cystoscopy procedure. He wasn’t informative at all. What I thought he was going to be able to help me with turns out he couldn’t and suggested I go somewhere else. I wasted time and money!

Kidney Stone
Made an appointment with Dr Bigley for my father in law who has been dealing with a kidney stone since July 2, 2023. His past urologist from AHN did not want to do anything about it except wait 3 hours to get into the exam room, ridiculous. Made an appointment with Dr. Bigley was in in 5 minutes to see him he had all paperwork about the stone. Very very happy with his bedside manners, he explained everything he was to do and scheduled the surgery in 2 days. Wow very impressive, never rushed us and made sure my father in law understood everything. I have spent 36 years in the medical field and I’m very happy to have found Dr. Bigley.I’m glad there is a caring urologist out there. Trust me you won’t be disappointed using Dr. Bigley.

My experience with Dr. Bigley was excellent. If it was not for him my kidneys would have probably shut down by now.
