It's been quite awhile since I have seen Dr. Carr but I am grateful that he believed in me when everyone thought I was just ADHD. He diagnosed my bipolar early. He then got me on a weight-loss medicine when everyone else tried to give me things that would make me fat. That makes a difference for a teenager. I think that having Dr. Carr believe in me when I was young helped make me more successful as an adult.

I saw this man at Carrier Clinic, and I still have nightmares about this man. He held me against my will in the Clinic and misdiagnosed me with at least 4 different conditions. Refused to believe that I was acting out based on abuse and not of so called conditions I had (Bipolar 2, oppositional defiance disorder, and GAD). I would say that the meds they forced me to take made me physically ill ( 1made me feel like I was having heart attacks). I have since seen other drs who confirmed I'm none of
