NEVER again - ZERO stars
Dr. Evans is the worst practitioner I have ever encountered. He deserves to have his medical license stripped from him. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone under any circumstances.

Very Expensive, Does Nothing to Help
I saw Dr. Evans regarding complex medical problems at a cost of $500. I filled out mountains of paperwork prior to the appointment which he took no time to look at prior to my visit. At my visit, Dr. Evans did not even address my concerns nor examine me, and instead asked questions for the entire length of the appointment about negative emotional experiences. I was taken aback as I had never met him before and felt this was inappropriate, irrelevant, and intrusive. A few months later, I needed a medication specific to the medical condition for which I came in. He would not prescribe any medication for me unless I came in again, at a cost of $220! After stating my complaints to his nurse, he prescribed a few pills for me before I was able to find another doctor. In my opinion, Dr. Evans takes financial advantage of women in need of medical care, profiting while doing nothing helpful.I made more progress with my current practitioner (who charged a $50 copay) than $500 for Dr. Evans.

Dr. Evans is a terrific sleuth and practitioner - on all fronts. His knowledge of functional and conventional paradigms is impressive. His office staff is great, helpful, available and kind. Dr. Evans helped me to restore a sense of well-being after menopause - a metabolic game-changer folks - and he explained in detail when I asked questions. He is top notch and I highly, highly recommend.

First OB/GYN to listen to my concerns and not just tell me "this is typical for someone your age". He strives to get to the root of the problem not just check a box and send you on your way. Some say he seems rushed but he does have a genuine concern and caring approach.

Do not recommend! I have been chasing them for MONTHS to submit a letter to insurance because they're charging me for a blood test that was not a necessity, and they're taking forever to submit the letter while i keep getting billed. They charged me $65 last week, which I'm guessing is a charge for them to send this letter to insurance, which is more than my co-pay and I will be fighting them to the grave on this one. Also over charge and over prescribe supplements.

If your appointment is at 2pm you'll be lucky to be seen by 4pm. His office staff is incompetent and rude. The only thing Dr. Evans is about is money.
