I have been seeing Dr. Kramer for over 40 years. He is smart, kind and caring. Takes time to explain things to you and answer any questions you have. I trust him completely. So much so that I have referred many loved ones to him!

Been a patient for 22 years, he hands down the best doc in any field that i have had. Makes you fee welcome every time you see him and he genuinely loves what he does. Never had any issues with staff always know their stuff! I tavel an hour to stay with him!

D.r Kramer is the most caring compassionate doctor and his patients love him. He has the best bedside manner and when you call him he talks to you right away. He always spends time to explains things to you and makes you feel SO comfortable. I have been going to him since the 80's and even though I lived for a few years in Delaware and Florida, I am back in the area and won't see any other OB/GYN. I travel about 45 minutes just to see him. He is the best Doc. His stiff is so pleasant

When you use sick time so that you can be on time for your appt and then you sit there for 45 minutes and your name is not called, that is upsetting. Then the office staff is rude to you. you sit there for an hour and 10 minutes and everyone that came in before you has been called. Then you go up and ask what happen and you are told all of them were for other doctors.....and the fact that in an hour and 15 minutes, no one says...we are running behind...10 more minutes, anything. i left.

I have been seeming Dr. Kramer for many years now. He's always been wonderful at making clients feel comfortable at what can be a stressful situation. He has excellent bedside manner And I would highly recommend him to anyone!!!

I've know Joel Kramer for many years. He delivered all 4 of my children. I've been his patient for the last 22 years. I would highly recommend him to anyone! A good indicator that you have a Great doctor is that he has a large number of patients who are RN's, like me. We know which ones are good and which ones to stay away from.

Thirty-two (32) years ago today, Dr. Kramer delivered my son Matt. Had it not been for Dr. Kramer, we would have lost him, he saved his life. As we celebrate tonight and remember all the joys of the past 32 years, all I can say is, Thanks Buddy. My wife has been his patient to this day. We have never met a more caring, kind person. All the doctors at this practice are wonderful, however , the staff at the huntingdonvalley office are always very rude and unhelpful and the girls are usually full of attitude. The buselton ave location staff are very helpful and friendly. I live in the Suberbs and travel to the city location because of the rude staff in Huntington valley. It's really a shame , may consider changing doctors if it continues.

Everytime that I speak or see Dr. Kramer it is always pleasant and professional. He treats you just like family. I feel comfortable talking to him about my health concerns and it helps that he has a grat office staff.
