Beyond blessed to have found Dr. Koo
I am so grateful that we made an appointment with Dr. Koo. I was unable to attend the appointment, so I sent notes about my father's condition and questions to ask because I felt like we may forget something (even if I were able to attend). My dad did not have a primary care physician before today's appointment, so I wanted to make sure the background was properly portrayed. Dr. Koo read my notes, listened to my father, and contacted the hospital that had recently misdiagnosed him with only an acute headache to let them know where they went wrong because it was a stroke he hadwas having, not a headache. Not only that, his office called within 15 minutes of my dad leaving his appointment today to follow up on scheduling one of his appointments this week. I am so blessed that we found a doctor who is knowledgeable, caring, through, and efficient. Thank you, Dr. Koo.
