Fabulous Doctor and staff!
I had an appointment with Dr. Jensen, as a new patient. The people who checked me in and took me to one of the patient rooms, were so friendly and kind. My wait to go back was only about 10 minutes. A specialist took some pictures of my eyes. She left and then returned, and I have facial recognition issues so I said hello again and she was so sweet and said I was just in here. I’m thinking oh know, she’s thinking my mind is gone, and to my surprise, she was so sweet and just continued. Then Dr Jensen came in, very friendly, looked at my eyes and explained everything she was examining and what she concluded. Gave me an injection, which didn’t hurt at all. Explained everything, and what she was going to watch. She is knowledgable and I liked her very much. Her office is very clean and orderly. Great people work there and the doctor is the best! My daughter wants to switch to Dr. Jensen now as well.

She is just too overwhelmed.Very snappy with patients, does not allow you to get a word in edgewater and her office and testing machinery is SO out dated. I recommend going somewhere else.

Unprofessional
I made an appointment more than a month in advance and they were 45 minutes late. I observed what I felt to be an overall lackadaisical attitude and disregard for their customers time.

Cataract surgery
I was nervous about having cataract surgery but Dr. Jensen was very reassuring and explained things well. She and her staff are caring and efficient. I would highly recommend her. Everything went great! I couldn't believe how easy and pain-free it was!!!

I needed someone to see me in an emergency, and she got me right in. She was able to give me samples, too, because I was in the donut hole and had to pay for all of my meds out of pocket. Very appreciative.

Never go here for an emergency call. My wife had a detached retina and they could not find it. Doctor brings small children in to office and can't properly do their job. Office staff is also very rude to patients. Poor service...
