Terrible Office Manager
I’d been going to this practice since 2007 for HIV treatment and care. I tried to submit FMLA paperwork to them to fill out, which they’ve done before, but the incompetent and very very rude office manager said they don’t fill out FMLA forms anymore. I explained wher they had done so for me in the past and they were treating me for the condition that’s causing me to miss work, so they should be able to fill out the paperwork. I have never been so spoken down to in all the 16 years I’ve been a patient there as I was today. The office manager wouldn’t even pull up my chart, she just wanted to argue. I asked for her name but she wouldn’t give it to me. If you have HIV or require care for it, please go elsewhere. This office does NOT care about their patients and they employ substandard staff. Avoid this office at all costs.

Front Office Incompetence – Jul 13, 2023

Spent at least a half hour in my hospital room before I was discharged after a minor surgery and explained what would happen when my upcoming surgery takes place -- what he will look for, how to find answers, etc. I found him to be very thorough and caring. J. Osborne

Knows his stuff but is so rude and arrogant. Long after I forget his expertise I will remember his aloofness and his rotten bedside manner.

He has the worst bed side manner of any Dr. I have ever seen. He saw my mother while she was in the hospital being treated and he was incredibly rude. At times my mother suffers from hepatic encephalopathy which causes her to be confused and disoriented. He made rounds while I was out to pick up my children from school and upset my mother to the point she was in tears because she could not answer his questions even after she told him he should speak with me because of her confusion.
