Dr. Allison is who you want if you have AFib.
Dr Allison was highly recommended to me by my cardiologist. He explained what he believed the problem was with my heart's electrical signals. He gave me information about my options and honestly detailed the probability of different outcomes and risks associated with my decision. Everyone I've been involved with from his office to the center where I had my ablation done has been helpful, professional and effective. I was very impressed with Dr Allison and his team during my ablation procedure. My recovery went smoothly. Several months out, my heart seems to be cooperating with the plan. He really wants good outcomes for his patients. I'd highly recommend Dr Allison for any heart related electrical issues.

My family’s experience with Dr.Allison has been very negative. My grandmother was admitted to the hospital a week ago with a heart arrhythmia and fluid in her lungs. One day after we decided to respect my grandmas wishes and take her off the breathing machine keeping her alive, Dr. Allison informs us that she would have been a candidate for a pacemaker that could have saved her life. Now it’s too late and she’s not strong enough for the procedure. That same day his office calls to schedule an appointment 7 weeks from now. He didn’t even bother to tell his office that she was dying and would no longer need the procedure. We understand that the pacemaker may not have saved her life but to learn that information after it’s too late has been devastating for my family. Please take caution in using this doctor and be persistent.
