Dr. John Artenos, MD

Dr.Artenos delivered my first born and every visit with him including delivery was dreadful there is not enough space here ton include everything horrible moment I spent with this man. Let me just share a few I received an abnormal Pap smear result he scheduled me to get a biopsy of my cervix which hurt ! And on my next visit when I asked him what my results were he denied ever have don’t anything. He said “what are you talking about I never ordered any biopsy” at the time I was 16 years old and a teen mom the world was new to me and I did not speak up for my self. It wasn’t until I recently went in for a physical that I was commenting with my NP my bizarre experience that she dug into the computer and found the results for the biopsy he “never did” it had come back with something and he never had the decency to make sure I was aware. Instead he disregarded me and brushed me off like I was nothing. May god watch over anyone under his care.

I am beyond appreciative of the expert clinical skills, accurate diagnosis, and attention to follow up of Dr John A Artenos. He went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. I am eternally grateful for his care. I am certain that crossing paths with him was divine intervention. God is in control. Thank you for saving my life Dr Artenos!

First time mom not knowing what to expect he just walked up to me after being in the hospital for 2 days and say” I want to deliver your baby toning” I looked at him and say ( no, I’m not ready) he said nothing is going to change from one day to another “ so I want to deliver you tonight” thanks to him for Insisting if not my baby girl would not be here today. The medication for what I was getting treated for had reached her and ultimately she end up getting treated for it. It could have been a lot worst if it wasn’t for him insisting.

Soo bummed when Dr Artenos left Glendale Adventist and went to kaiser. He was my Dr for years and he was the best!! Our daughter wouldn't have survived when my water bag started leaking at 25 weeks if it wasn't for him getting me transported from Palmdale to Glendale Adventist so he can watch and care for me and my baby. He came everyday and checked on me to make sure I was still on bed rest and in bed and if I needed anything to help keep my stay comfortable. I had my baby at 28 weeks. He kept my whole frightening experience positive. His office staff were so awesome too! Always there to answer any questions or concerns I had. I really miss this office

I was not good, always had to wait for hours. When he did see me he was in a rush, I felt more like a number than a patient. My Fibroid surgery was not a success, I have been having problems since 2017. I just found out I have two Very LARGE fibroid and that my Uterus is pushed up which should have been corrected during the surgery. Very Disappointed

i hear lot of people sayin he doesnt talk to me but i never expierced that he always sat spoke to me answered all my questions he does whats best for ur health to have a healty pregnacy,

Dr. Artenos never talked to me about my weight, blood results, symptoms, food I should & shouldn't be eating, blood pressure, nothing! I would wait in his waiting room for an hour EVERY VISIT, to See the doctor for about 2 Min. I could never ask questions because when I did he would respond like I was stupid or brush off my questions. I'm reporting him for he did nothing for my pregnancy but take my money. My daughter is healthy thanks to google because That's the only way I could get advice
