Gods work
My mom saw Dr Baker after an acute stroke. She was unable to speak, move the right side of her body. Her blood pressure was extremely high and the stakes were even higher. She had missed the window of opportunity for TPA (clot buster) so our only option was immediate surgery. I was literally signing consents as we were rolling from Chesapeake General ER to the OR. It was one of the scariest moments of my life. No time for google reviews. Dr Baker was calm, professional, simply explained the procedure and the risks of doing it and the risks of doing nothing which would essentially leave my mom speechless, non-ambulatory and little to no quality of life. It was a long 5 hour surgery of waiting, praying and hoping for the best. She went to the ICU following the procedure and as of today my mom is speaking, walking and nearly back to her baseline. Dr Baker saved my mother's life! Not sure how to thank a man who gave my mom her life back. You can trust Dr Baker and his PA, Nicole.

Dr. Baker and his staff have walked me throughout my illness with professionalism. I would definitely recommend his expertise to anyone in my situation. There is something warm about being in his care. He and Nicole Rice explained in detail what was required going forward. I am currently not suffering at the level I was when I was first referred to his office after suffering for a couple years.
