Excuses.
Took my time searching for dental service then filling out their web site form requesting a new patient appointment, they never answered after many days of waiting. Called the office and was told that person who handles the web site was out to lunch therefor no record of my request could be found by the other staff. How very unprofessional and it lends pause to consider that if they cannot even handle their front desk appropriately and professionally then what can be expected from the provider's services. What a waste of time, and concerning.
