We are fortunate to have him in our community. High turnover of staff is a problem, but not his fault as his parent organization controls the staff.

I have been seeing Dr. Matt for years and have never had a problem. He has a great bedside manner and always asks in depth questions. He has no problem referring you to a specialist if necessary. He doesn't have complete control over his staff as his practice is now part of the Family Physicians of Greeley group but even the rudest of the staff is knowledgeable and attentive to your needs. I would and have recommended this practice to my friends and family. They, also, have had great experiences with Dr. Matt and Dr. Cara.

Let me first start off by saying Dr Brown is very nice. He however chooses to employ a nurse (Barbara) who is the absolute worst. On four separate occasions she has messed up our blood work, missed information, etc. However, her attitude is the absolute worst. She acts put out and bothered by any and all interactions with you. She will out right and with almost delight be rude. I’m leaving this review on Dr. Brown’s page because he continues to employ her. She needs a lesson in consequences. You don’t get to continually fail at your job then be blatantly rude and horrible to your patients without consequence. If she is still employed there I promise I will NOT be returning to your office.

So far, 5 stars. Dr. Brown is a great doc! He always listens to all my family members with such compassion. He goes above and beyond by helping us find the affordable options. His really shows care and compassion, which is rare these days among the medical field. even my kids don't mind going going to the doctor. We've never had issues with billing or mysterious "charges," unlike other offices. I'm not sure why the few 1-stars, but it may have just been a hectic day. We always get seen on time, and never had any problems with the lab. I love Dr. Mat Brown's conservative approach!!

DO NOT GO HERE!! This office is absolutely terrible! The staff is rude, you never get back to a room at your appointment time and the doctor takes forever, and he undermines everything! I waited over an hour for the doctor on one appointment, I had another appointment so I left and let the staff know why I was leaving but still got charged for the appointment that he didn't show up to. Then when I tore my meniscus he REFUSED to send a referral to my orthopedic surgeon when my old one had expired because "my knee was just sprained." It turned out my meniscus tore in 3 different places and I needed surgery but he just wrote it off like it was nothing. This place does not care for your health or wellbeing at all.

Dr.Brown was nice. But the lady who drew our blood messed up and had us comeback because she forgot info on the labels for lab. Then when we got there she said oh here's you insurance cards and drivers licenses we forgot to give them back to you. We came back three days later to get tb results and paperwork for our blood work (for adoption papers) come to find out I have a UTI and just found out...3 days later. And the lady who drew the blood messed up again. They all blame each other

On the second visit I waited for over an hour in the treatment room while I could hear the staff talking and laughing. The third visit the nursegave me a shot and half of the liquid squirted all over me. The last visit I was suppossed to be given a call for an MRI appt. A week later I called back and the Dr didn't even put the referral thru. The recp said she would let the dr know. Its been a week since that... Still no call. Instead I get a bill for $400. Do no go there!

My daughter was injured at school and I needed to get her in to see the doctor asap. I had no problem getting her in to see Dr Brown. He was very friendly and professional. He treated me and my daughter with respect. He showed a lot of concern with her injury even after the xrays came back normal. He referred her to a specialist and followed through to make sure everything was taken care of. I was very satisfied as was my daughter.
