Vasovasectomy (reversal) completed 8 weeks ago. Still awaiting testing to determine operation success. Office staff was friendly but failed to mention several items until last minute which left us scrambling. The doctor, however, is reasonable, knowledgeable, compassionate and yes, a man of God. If you don’t approve, go elsewhere - just like you can’t eat at ChickFila or shop at Hobby Lobby on Sundays - businesses have a right to determine their scope. We absolutely appreciate his surgical gifts. He also personally responds to email in a timely manner, which is a luxury in medicine!

At my G.P.s suggestion, I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Cannon to discuss my E.D. issues. As suggested when I made the appointment, my wife accompanied me. Instead of receiving medical information, we were given a 30-minute evangelization experience. This is not what we were seeking or paying for.

I was able to get in to see the Doctor inside of a week of first call; that in itself for a specialist is great. Office staff was fantastic, kept me up to date on office hours during a time when storm damage made business operations questionable. The doctor himself took the time necessary to run applicable test right in the office; listened to my problems, was compassionate and fully explained his diagnosis and the possible treatments. He was fantastic!

We recently called Dr. Cannon's office for a consultation on a vasectomy reversal and while the receptionist was very polite she told me that Dr. Cannon only performed reversals for married couples. I didn't bother to ask why because I was truly shocked but I do see he is on the board for Christian Doctors and I assume this is the reason. Funny, discrimination based on marital status doesn't seem very Christ-like.
