I had used Dr. Carrol before and had been very pleased with everything. But I had an implant done 2 years ago and it was a horrible experience. Appointments were delayed and then I was told I had healed too quickly and more tissue had to be removed, the actual implant post fell out and had to be put back in and I got charged for it. When I went to get the crown put on I found out the implant was an older model which isn't commonly used and was a nightmare trying to get in place. Then yesterday, 2 years after my initial surgery and 1 year after my last visit, I get a call from a receptionist saying I have an outstanding balance from 2018 and was rudely asked why I didn't respond to their billing statements which they were sending to an address from a decade ago instead of the updated address that they had used during the year I was seeing them. I was given no explanation for why they waited a year to contact me or what it for, just charged an extra 300$.

Dr. Carroll provided excellent care for my daughter during her recent wisdom teeth procedure. He throughly explained the procedure in advance which helped calm her nerves considerably regarding what to expect. During her recovery, he was very supportive while helping her manage her pain and discomfort. We especially appreciated his dedication to her care by meeting us in his office after hours to treat her for pain and then following up regularly to monitor her healing. Excellent care and support!

Dr. Carroll is the best. My boyfriend and I have both seen him. He was amazing for my wisdom teeth extractions then when my boyfriend had a complication with a tooth extraction by another dentist Dr. Carroll took him next day and corrected the issue right away. Highly recommended!!

Dr. Carroll is a very thorough and caring doctor. My youngest son just had his wisdom teeth out with Dr Carroll, and the process could not have gone any smoother or better. The office staff is also very organized and friendly, I would highly recommend this office!

Have had both kids in for wisdom tooth removals, couldn't have gone smoother. Dr. Carroll is very confident and caring. He followed up with phone calls the night of each surgery to check on how things were going. I am wholeheartedly confident in recommending Dr. Carroll!

What a wonderful experience we had. My husband was terrified about the procedure but Ashley and the other nurse made him feel much calmer. Dr Carroll did an excellent job. The tooth was extracted and there was minimal bleeding and no swelling or pain!!!!! What a relief He even called us in the evening to check on the patient. What a concerned dentist he is.

He is the sharpest, caring professional, and was patient and thorough helping me understand my procedure and setting my expectations. Dr. Carroll went above and beyond when I had any issue on a holiday weekend. He is a perfectionist and master of keeping you comfortable during your procedure and post op. He and his staff strive for impeccable results and make the process as easy as possible. I recommend him without reservation

Had two wisdom teeth extracted at age 59. Needless to say I was quite apprehensive regarding the procedure and any potential ill effects afterward. During the consultation, Dr. Carroll made me feel at ease with his confidence and experience. He stated what he would do, and the morning of the surgery he did just that. My "recovery" was limited to the day of the surgery, mainly due to the great care of Dr. Carroll. I would highly recommend Dr. Carroll for your oral surgical needs.

Dr. Carroll and his staff were very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and concerns promptly and clearly. Best of all, my surgery went well and they follow up to assure a perfect recovery. I would definitely recommend Dr. Carroll to friends and family.

I am rarely one of those that leave a review good or bad...but I was so so happy with Dr. Carroll that I have to share. I am terrified of dental work and have put off having my procedure for years. The front office staff was so nice, his assistance was absolutely a sweetheart and Dr. Carroll has the BEST bedside manner and made me so comfortable. Dr. Carroll called to check on me several times and it was a piece of cake! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thanks for caring so much.. it shows!
