Dr.Castle ….. what can I say… he’s the best. Very professional and caring. My breast never looked so good. I’m so very pleased with the outcome even though it’s only been 4 weeks post-op. Thank You, Sir.

MEN, DO NOT GET GYNO SURGERY through Dr. Castle in Umass memorial for any surgery to do with hormone related issues. I did extended research on the removal of gynecomastia in both nipples. All the tissue needs to be removed so it wont grow back. DR. Castle claimed he will not remove all the tissue, this is how he learned (wrong) . Long story short, had the surgery. I got a major blood clot and ended up back in operation. Gyno came back 3 weeks after the nipples healed. leaving me with $5000bill

My experience here with Dr Castle has been excellent. I had severe trouble with my last dr. And Dr Castle has taken every precaution to insure I do not experience that again. He explained everything in detail and let me know how serious my surgery recovery was from my original double mastectomy. He talks about how he tries to stay up on all the latest medical advancements to help his patients recover without complications..

Dr. Castle was amazing. His bedside manner put me at ease immediately. He was able to fix what another doctor had botched. I was very nervous and had 1 million questions and he was extremely patient with me. Appointments in his office were always on time or even a little early, I never had to wait. I highly recommend him.
