My wife had a terrible experience with Dr. Chiu's front office today as the receptionist was rude and unhelpful. My wife has been going to Chiu for several years and because of a change in our medical insurance tried to get verification that today's visit was indeed authorized. This request was made several days in advance to Chiu's staff, yet upon arrival my wife was told "we don't do this" meaning we don't check if coverage is authorized? That's a new one! My wife went outside on her phone, did their work for them and got all of it handled yet they cancelled her appointment because "you took too long!" Are you kidding??!! What kind of rude service is that to a patient? Folks, don't bother with this office, pick another doc!
