Dr Costello is a exceptional Dr who actually cares about his patients. He has been extremely helpful with answering guestions and helping me get thru AFB. He performed a heart eblation and I am in much better shape since the procedure. His Tean Shannon and others were exceptional. I highly recommend this Dr Costello and the Heart House.

Dissatisfied with the Heart House
Needing heart surgery I opted to go with the recommended Heart House. Regretfully, my experience with the Heart House was wholly unsatisfactory. The office staff made transcription errors, made undocumented appointments and seemed somewhat aloof. One nurse called and advised that a Doctor, whom I never met, recommended a blood thinner with no further explanation but no such prescription was ever submitted.Beyond such issues, Dr. Costello served as point man for my dissatisfaction. He was asked on Friday if he could install a recommended pacemaker – he declined and the resulting delay led to an unnecessary additional 5 days of hospitalization.Additionally, the pacemaker creates an unsightly bulge in my chest.
