poor healthcare provider
He makes life altering decisions without ever visiting the bedside. I have 7 clients, including myself who are all of the BIPOC community he attempted to treat without ever visiting our bedside during admission. John Cras is the personification of poor patient service- doesn’t listen to patients, unprofessional, erroneous that results in patient harm, and does NOT provide individualize care.

No compassion. No bedside manners
Cras is aware that after vomiting and/or dry-heaving it is important to avoid taking any oral medications that could irritate the stomach and/esophagus. Medications such as blood pressure drugs, NSAIDs , and Opioids can all cause stomach irritation, so it is best to avoid these after vomiting until the nausea has dissipated. Too, he’s aware of Mast Cell disease and its symptoms. He still refuses to show me compassion and give me Individualize Care. If you happen to be under the care of Cras at a Barnes facility , especially of the BIPOC community prepare yourself for the traumatizing “patient care”.
