Wonderful doctor
Dr. Crisologo is caring and very knowledgeable. He takes the time to discuss your concerns in a very thoughtful manner. Both my husband and I see Dr. C and highly recommend him.

Lack of professionalism
In March 2022 I made an appointment to see Dr. Crisologo, the appointment was set for June 14 1:15. On June 14 at 12:00 noon, one hoir and fifteen minutes before my appointment. I received an email, saying that "due to an emergency" Dr. Crisologo was not in the office and I was to call and reschedule. I called the office and was told that in fact there was a "scheduling conflict". I had alrready waited 3 monthe to see Dr. Crisologo and now there is a "scheduling conflict". Tried to make a new appointment and the first thing available was in October, 4 months away. Who does this clown think he is. He cancels and I have to wait 4 Months to see him, no way. What a joke, guy can't even run an office efficently and he wants to be my health care provide??

does not have time to take care of his patients
His office does not communicate with his patients. When you finally do get someone they really do not care about urgency of needing to see the doctor. I had test done in May , was told they'd set up apt three weeks out, that date came no apt. Called three different times to try to get one. They made one without consulting me ( which I could not keep as I would be out of country) and was told next one is in Oct! which would be 5 months out. I know that something was found on one of the test because my internal medicine doctor called and told me to make sure to get in taken care of as soon as possible????? I should not have heard it from another doctor. Dr. Crisologo should have called. I think he just uses all his time scoping and not following up on his patients. I do not recommend.

I was scheduled for a colonoscopy at Beaufort Hospital with him never got to see him . I am I diabetic and was not scheduled until after 10 for this procedure. I had many people tell being a diabetic I should have been scheduled first . My heart went into A-fib and I had to rush to the ER . There they discovered that my potassium and magnesium were both low . 40 hours without anything to eat for a diabetic is to long a wait .

I went in for a consultation with this guy for banding of a bleeding hemorrhoid which I had done in St. Louis before moving to SC just a few months prior. He scheduled me for a partial colonoscopy without my permission, even after telling him I had a full colonoscopy just just 5 months before. He did nothing for me and I received a bill 6 months later for $308. Contacting SC Medical Board for filing a complaint against.

My doctor sent referral to his office on October 3, 2017. His scheduler hasn't called me yet to schedule my appt. I have called seven (7) times since then and left messages for his scheduler. Today is 10/23/17 and I still haven't received a call back.

I presented with several years of chronic constipation. Knowing I'd had a painful colonoscopy in CA; I have a long "tortuous' colon, he used a pediatric size scope on me. No pain! Normal findings. We then went on a course of medications to help with gas, motility and pain in my gut. I checked in with him a month later and we adjusted the meds. He also gave me suggestions for my trip abroad. 6 mos. later and I am so amazed and happy to be med free and regular again. He's a good doctor and person.
