I loved Dr. Crochet! I seen 3 fertility doctors and he was by far the nicest and caring. He explained things well. He made me feel like it was possible to conceive and gave me so much reassurance. I already recommend him to some friends who have also conceived now.

After all we went through at several IVF clinics, I cannot say enough good things about Dr. John Crochet and his staff. He worked with us through the tough decision making process of donor eggs, which was the best decision we could have made. He was not only incredibly smart and knowledgeable but most importantly was also understanding and empathetic about this entire process.

We are so grateful to Dr. Crochet as he guided us through our fertility journey. He is compassionate, empathetic, patient, sharp, and explains things a way that we (not medical professionals) understood. He consults with knowledge and data in mind, and will objectively assess other options we bring to the table, even if it may be counter to his initial recommendation.While the SGF clinic has undergone many operational/administrative changes when they were bought out (i.e. new communication portal, staff changes, communication change with embryo updates), the nurses, phlebotomist, and other staff have been consistently kind and relatively timely in their responses. While some frustrations were had from our side, which I have read are also felt at competing clinics, overall I could tell everyone was trying their best given potentially unavoidable constraints.At the end of the day, we decided to stick with SGF because of our comfort with and trust in Dr. Crochet.

Dr. Crotchet is such a skilled physician. He is thorough and incredibly knowledgeable. I trust his care and he's helped my family welcome a new baby. I recommend him to anyone battling infertility.

As I sit here typing this in tears I greatly appreciate Dr. Crochet . He made my my dream become true becoming a mommy . I have successfully complete my first round of ivf . We are pregnant!!!! Dr. Crochet is absolutely amazing. He answered each and everyone of my husband & I’s questions with so much detail. The staff is friendly and helpful. This journey started back in February and after multiple procedures and lots and lots of medicine we are happy to say we are pregnant. Dr. Crochet was very open minded with my care when it came to helping me find a solution to my losses. He helped with my care once we became pregnant and took great care of me. He has amazing bedside manners. His nurse Rosalyn was very helpful and you can tell she has passion in helping patients.

Dr. Crochet is one of the best doctors I've ever had experience with. The journey of infertility is so hard, especially after having a miscarriage. Dr. Crochet and his staff were so understanding, patient, empathetic, and overall amazing while I was seeing him. I never doubted an appointment with him, and I will go back if we decide to grow our family more than what he has already helped!I'm just sad he doesn't deliver babies as well!! He'd be my go-to!

We are so thankful for Dr. Crochet. When we spoke with Dr. Crochet at our initial consultation, we discussed how we were only comfortable with IUI, and we discussed how our personal convictions and beliefs drove us away from IVF as it had been presented to us in the past. Dr. Crochet listened to us and then came up with a solution-we did not have to do genetic testing and we would only fertilize the number of eggs at one time to match the number of children we were comfortable with having. This took so much pressure off of us as a couple and helped us to make the decision to ultimately proceed with IVF. Each round, of course we had a plethora of questions and needs, and he and his staff (especially our specific nurse, Brooke) always answered our questions and never made us feel bad for being so curious, and no question was silly. I cannot more highly recommend Dr. Crochet and Brooke to anyone who is contemplating beginning on this journey.

Dr. Crochet is the only fertility specialist I would ever use or recommend. My husband and I found him through a family member and we are so grateful that we did. Dr. Crochet helped us to get two healthy, genetically tested embryos through IVF. From those two embryos, we had two successful transfers, two years apart from one another, giving us our two beautiful boys. We are so grateful for Dr. Crochet and his expertise. We started seeing Dr. Crochet in 2014. Dr. Crochet gave us his best medical advice and informed us that I had unexplained infertility, so we knew we had a challenging journey ahead of us. We met with other doctors as well to hear other options but did not have success. We came back to see Dr. Crochet in 2019. He is always personable and listened intently to all our concerns. He then mapped out a plan that was very specific to me. Dr. Crochet and the staff at Shady Grove Fertility were very patient with us during the entire process. We now have our baby boy, and we thank God that He put such a wonderful medical staff in our lives that led to this miracle.
