Dr. John Crosby, MD

I was with another PM physician who discontinued my medication, and they gave me LA Pain’s name and said a lot of patients seem to like it there. Best decision ever. Dr Crosby and his staff seem very compassionate and supportive. I’ve been with him almost a year, and I feel my pain is being treated much better than ever before. I’m not met with the same “injections or RFA’s; pick one” treatment I’ve gotten at other clinics. I don’t feel like I’m checking in with the police when I go. I feel the only drawback is wait times before the appointment. But I understand why, as he and his PA’s don’t rush you along and explain a everything in a way you can understand.

After waiting an hr, I went to the front desk to request a reschedule. I was told by staff my request was viewed as a “complaint”. Not one time did they apologize for the delay. No one ever came into the room to explain doctor’s delay. No smiles, not courteous and very dismissive. I got the rescheduled date followed by a letter, a few days later, discharging me from receiving future appointments from Crosby. Never heard from Crosby or anyone else. Dr. Crosby is good but so are other good pain management doctors in the city with high ratings. I have choices and I have chosen an excellent replacement. Thank you.

Spent less than 5 minutes with examination. Didn't look at the MRI I took him. Explained NOTHING. Discussed no plan of action. Offered no relief from pain. Horrible bedside manner and then schedules me for a follow up 6 weeks away. Follow up for exactly what, nothing was done on the 1st visit. I would advise everyone to pick another PM. You will regret wasting your time at this place!!!!

I love Dr Crosby and His Staff! He Has Helped Me So Much, and I Am Forever Blessed! The Best Dr Ever!

Best pain management doctor

He cares about his patients. He takes the time to explain all options and the pros and cons of each. He listens to you and never rushes you. He has been my Doctor for years and will be until he quits or one of us die.

Horrible Staff ruins a decent Doctor His number one patient was treated like dirt.

Dr. Crosby's concern for me was way more than I could have ever imagined. He makes me feel like he will not give up on helping get rid of the pain I've experienced for many years! He & I both agree that pain killers is not the way! He has been successful with me already! His bed side manner is WONDERFUL & I wish he could be my doctor for everything!!! Love him and recommend him to everyone!!!
