Dr John
Dr. John is the most caring and compassionate doctors or human being I have ever met. He actually cares which is a nice change . There is alot of medical personnel that could take lessons from dr.john on how to treat people!! His staff is always very kind and helpful, his nurse Tiffany is a sweetheart and goes out of her way to help.

Dr got sick and canceled my appointment 2 days in a row. When secretary called me, I asked if they could do anything because my medication would run out before they could see me again. I was very calm and polite. She screamed at me and when I requested to speak to a supervisor they put me on hold for 22 mins and then disconnected the call. I got a letter later that week I was fired. So the front desk is allowed to treat you like garbage, laugh at you, and then get you fired when I have been a patient longer than she had been working there.

I've been a patient for 40 years. Dr. John is one of the most caring and through doctor I know. He will explain and research as needed to resolve all medical problems.

I have been a patient of Dr John's from the day he started practice in Jacksonville. He often refers patients to specialist but it has been my experience that he gets the diagnosis right and the specialist just confirm his capabilities. I trusted my Mom's life with this man and he kept her going for over 84 years. Hope he can do the same for me.
