I had a benzo problem before my scheduled meeting with Dr. Degroote. My mom visits him on the regular, so the fact that he was planning on seeing me in the first place certainly alerted me that i may be dealing with a quack doc. My suspicions were confirmed when he cancelled my appt 2 days prior to seeing him. I had scheduled my benzo use to end on the day I was supposed to meet with this "casual" doctor, and as a result I had to go to the ER to deal with the withdrawal symptoms. DO NOT TRUST.
