Dr. John Dellacroce, MD

I have made 3 appointments in last 18 months all Cancelled by the clinic. To reschedule three months later then get another letter ‘oh he won’t be in the office, reschedule!!’ No consideration for patient. I’m having to travel now to a new dr in Joplin, Mo It’s been 2 yrs now since an exam :(

Honestly, this clinic is the best clinc I have ever been to. I've gone to several clinics for different operations. But this is the best so far. They explain to you, take care of you, and they do the best to make you feel comfortable. His employees there always make me feel right at home and getting shots in my eyes is something I'm always happy to get done because I'm relaxed. Thank you so very much for everything and can't wait to see you all again soon.

I highly recommend Dr. John DellaCroce. I went in to get set up as a new patient and he found a retina tear and was able to fix it the same day. I can’t thank him and his staff enough!!

I have been seeing Doctor Della Crose for many years and trust him with my vision. I recieved a shot in my right eye for MD monthly and now I am at 8 weeks between shots and my vision is improving.

The support staff is the single most helpful, friendly, and thoughtful of any medical facility I’ve ever experienced! And of course Dr. DellaCroce and PA Tommy set the tone. One example: When I arrived, I told the first assistant that I had another eye appointment in town about two hours after theirs. (I live 100+ miles away). As I went from test to test, EVERY person was aware of my tight schedule. And as the next appointment approached, Yaya and Tommy in particular went as far as to contact the office of the next doctor to tell them I might be a little late. Unbelievable service! And all of this is in addition to their superb medical abilities and professionalism. They are all simply THE BEST!!
