Dr. Downs has been my Oncologist since 1993. I have placed my life in his hands, and I am here today because of his expert decision making in what course of treatment needed to be accomplished to help cure me. He is very professional, courteous, and most of all he treats his patients with the utmost respect and concern for their cure. He is very dedicated to his profession and his patients.
