Only good things to say.
I've been a recurring patient of Dr. Dreslin for several years now at Gifford , and feel I'm a good one to make these comments, after suffering a number of previous Doctors directing my care for the same conditions. Now more than ever, with what I face threatening me in regards to my health at this advanced stage of my life, I seek to have the best care I can get , and the right Doctor to manage that care is probably the second most important person to me after my dear wife . Dr. Dreslin receives my highest marks , and has earned ( not easy) my complete trust. He is prepared prior to my visits , and presents his asessments and recommendations clearly , and with any supporting commentary I request as to the underlying science, reasoning and general consensus / opinion among other practitioners in his profession. I'm lucky to have this Doctor....I'm lucky to have Gifford Hospital.

Finally found a good urologist
I have suffered from interstitial cystitis since the age of 30 years. When my husband was transferred to San Diego, I was fortunate to find a urologist who used silver nitrate to treat me, and I was free from pain and frequent urination for ten years. Fortunately, it returned. Lived in San Diego and with dilations, etc. it was tolerable. My husband and I decided to retire in Peacham VT. Finding good doctors here is like "finding a needle in a haystack." Fortunately, I found Dr. Dreslin. I am very happy and impressed with his knowledge, his courtesy and the care he has provided me. I was a medical consultant for seventeen years, and I feel I am qualified to know who the good doctors are and where they can be found.

The most unprofessional doctor I've ever had the misfortune to be associated with. What should have been a simple procedure left me with a softball-sized hematoma that took several months to heal, with pain (the worst of my life) lingering for OVER A YEAR. He dismissed my concerns and was arrogant, vague and extremely rude. What he did to me qualified as malpractice. A painful reminder to thoroughly vet all doctors prior to any procedure, regardless of how routine.

The very best urologist I have ever been to. Explains situations very thoroughly, knows your full record before he sees you, and extends his handshake before we even begin. Explains options thoroughly, is easily accessible, and I heartily recommend him. Very sorry that he had to leave his practice in Vermont this year of 2018, will miss him very very much

My experience with dr Dreslin was very troubling, harmful & unprofessional. He is rude & disrespectful. His answers to my questions were short, inappropriate, & delivered with frustration. He clearly did not wish to discuss my care with me. He performed terribly sloppy work. The mess he left me with was later repaired by another urologist. PLEASE be careful, trust your instincts. Don't trust your health to this man. His idea of patient care is very disturbing. I DO NOT recommend dr Dreslin.

Dr. Dreslin was extremely rude and arrogant. I wish I had paid attention to the previous posters review. He does not take the time to listen to the patient or familiarize himself with the patients medical background. I will not go back and strongly urge others to try another urologist. In all my years I've never dealt with a doctor like that. Also you can hear everything the office staff say behind the glass. There is no privacy what's so ever. You hear everything.

Insanely rude and rushed me through our phone call, wouldnt even let me speak and then hung up on me. This is the definition of unprofessionalism. I have idea how someone with no compassion can be a practicing medical doctor. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DR. DRESLIN TO ANYONE !
