Made an appointment with Dr. Iverson’s office to obtain a second opinion for my diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis and upon their office calling for my insurance info, they were surprised to see that I was blocked as a patient. I haven’t even been there in 10+ years. But the sweet Nursing Admin WAS HAPPY to remove it. UNFORTUNATELY, Dr. Eichelberger evidently was the one who blocked me and only he can take the block off of my chart. Suffice it to say, he didn’t nor would return any of my phone calls asking him why he would block me. SO DISAPPOINTED because my entire family sees at least one physician at their clinic. This tells me it’s more about Dr. Eichelberger owning a third of the practice and has absolutely nothing to do with anything else. He NEVER EVEN SENT ME ANY CORRESPONDENCE or anything about me being “BLOCKED”. Very unprofessional IN MY OPINION. All about money and no care or compassion for his or the facility’s patients IN MY OPINION. Read Less
