Dr. John Francis, MD

I was referred to Dr. Francis by another Dr. who spoke highly of his abilities. In my initial appointment he knew nothing about the referral and spent no time examining my issue. He was dismissive and quickly wrote me off as a problem for a different specialist and was done with me. To add insult to injury, I was billed for 45 min and he spent less than 10 minutes with me. I called his office to discuss the discrepancy and was told that was normal billing for an initial visit but was promised by the practice manager that she would talk to billing and call me back. I never received a call back. I found a competent urologist who spent time examine my issue, ordering tests and finding a solution. Wasted a lot of time and money with Dr. Francis and advise you to learn from my mistakes.

He and staff did a super job finding the cancer and removing it. I would highly recommend Dr Francis for a urologist. It is a joy to see a fine young doctor.
