Accurate treatment plan
Dr. Fritch prescribed a treatment plan that kept me from having another spine surgery. He listened and addressed my concerns. Highly recommend and will follow up with him as needed.

Great surgeon
Dr Fritch listened to my knee issues. Showing me X-rays recommended knee replacement which I eventually had. I haven’t had any problems from surgery except swelling which I found out is very common with knee replacement. I recommend Dr Fritch.

He has the hands from god
I had a rotator cuff and bicep repair. After surgery, the only time I had pain was when I was pushing myself. I had significant less pain pain than any of my friends that have been through the same surgery. I was released from PT in just 12 weeks. I highly recommend Dr. Fritch to anyone that needs help with their shoulder.

Extremely kind & compassionate
I saw Dr Fritch for a humeral head fracture after asking for a second opinion from my first OrthoCincy doctor. Dr Fritch was amazing & I would recommend him to anyone. He took the time to listen and explain my situation. He even referred me to Dr Greiwe, who ultimately was the doctor who performed my surgery. Dr Fritch said he would feel more comfortable having Dr Greiwe handle such a complicated break. He was empathetic, kind, honest, and patient.

Not impressed
Both times I saw him (which were 6 weeks apart due to limited scheduling), I waited over an hour in the waiting room to see him, without acknowledgment of them running behind. Medical students aided him both times, and at my most recent visit (a follow-up from my MRI), the student was dismissive and patronizing. When Dr. Fritch came in for the 5 minutes he saw me, he was brief and seemed unconcerned and also didn’t seem to recall our first appointment. I left the visit more confused than arriving and still didn’t have a clear understanding of whether I should have surgery or not. Opted to get a second opinion from elsewhere.

Dr. Fritch was very Personable, courteous, and professional. He took the needed steps before resorting to surgery. After surgery I have had the most professional care. Amazing Patient Care
Dr. Fritch called me at 6:45 pm on a Friday night to check in regarding my surgery on October 15. Never in my life has that happened. Who personally calls their patients? Its a first for me. Had both my knees replaced this year and Dr. Fritch was patient with all my questions and the surgeries went great. He will be the only orthopedic doctor that I see forever.
