Overpriced and rude office manager
They bill all their injections as surgeries, they are horrible at giving estimates. Their office manager Tracy is rude, I literally watched her talk down to a patient over a $50 bill.

Heartbroken and still in pain
I am a patient now although I was in the process of leaving. I called and talked to Laura who was very nice and tried to help me understand why I couldn't get my pain med. dose (which is a lower level) set back to my primary doctors dose that I had when I came in. I do feel cutting back on the med. dose that only took the edge off of my pain because of a possible allergy to it just doesn't make sense to me. Maybe they know something about allergies I don't, but being in severe pain day and night doesn't seem right. I had already been on it over a month. I was told my extensive allergy list warrents this change in dosing. I am going to continue to go to this Dr. and hopefully all works out. Honestly I just don't understand.

I never had the chance to see the doctor. As a referral patient from my surgeon for an epidural, I walked into their office and was impressed at how helpful and nice the ladies were, especially Tanya. I took the new patient forms home given me by Tanya, and made and appointment for the next Friday at 10 am, the time and day when new patients are seen. I showed up only to find my appointment was for the following Friday. Tanya had spoken to me by phone earlier in the week and said, "I'm holding Friday 10 am for you. See you then." Ok so I came back the following Friday (today), arriving at 9:40 am. By 10:10 am I figured something was amiss, so I asked when I would be seen. The lady said 11 am. What? She went and got Tanya and said she tells all her new patients 10 am to fill out forms, and 11 am to be seen by the doctor." No she didn't! I had the completed forms she provided, and she knew I was bringing them. In fact, 2 days ago I was called to confirm my appointment at 11 am. I called

Dr. Givogre treated my left piriformis pain with an injection. Three years later it still feels great. He was very thorough in his explanation of why I had pain and how the injection would be beneficial to me. I recommend him to anyone who really wants help for their chronic pain.

Neurosurgeons have failed to find the root cause of my back pain for three years and numerous MRI ‘s. Referred to Dr Givogre, I have been a patient for the past three years. His education and expertise is second to none. Managing pain requires 3-4 spinal facet injections per year which I gladly endure. He has a compassionate , attentive staff who goes far beyond the positive spirit required . Unlike many “pain specialists “ Dr Givogre is NOT a “pill pusher “ but is dedicated to treating pain.
