You Can't Do Better than Dr. Hicks
Dr. Hicks was always up to speed with my case and situation so we could maximize the visit time to being specific with my concerns or questions. His skill in surgery is top-flight. You can be assured he will do everything possible to help you.

I would highly recommend Dr. Hicks
Dr. Hicks was great, he reviewed my spine xrays with me, then discussed treatment options. He was very compassionate about the pain I was experiencing, and got me out the door quickly, but throughly understanding the treatment plan.

No more back and hip pain!
I’m 7 weeks out from back surgery (laminectomy and fusion) and have no more back and hip pain. Dr. Hicks is very knowledgeable and thorough. At each follow-up visit, they take x-rays to make sure everything is healing properly. At 78 years of age, I thought I’d be in pain the rest of my life. I just wish I’d done this a long time ago.

Waiting for over an hour past my appointment time. I came 30 minutes early thinking that I might get to see the Dr quickly. I came at 10:00 when my appointment was scheduled for 10:30 but I didn’t get called to go back until 11:15 and sat for another 30 minutes before the Dr. came in. The Dr. was reassuring that my problem wasn’t serious, but the excessive delays were beyond acceptable—The person that does the scheduling needs to learn how to do their job with a little compassion for the time spent in the office waiting to be examined by the Dr.
