Awful experience
Would not listen, cut me off, didn't read medical history. After 3 hrs the nurse came in and said she sent a msg to Dr to see if they were letting me go. ??? Urine sample & blood tests only done. I came because of a spontaneous drainage of fluid inside my belly & imaging 2 days prior. He never addressed issue I was there for in the 1st place. After telling to nurse, then he did a few more tests & what I thought was going to be a culture to find out what fluid was draining, was him testing me for STD!! I went in due to previous rare condition that Urology advised to go to ED if there were any changes. He never contacted Urology, did not collect specimen to have cultured, never relayed test results. Told me 3 times would give me script for pain - 3 times I said I don't need any pain meds. So he said I could 'wad it up & throw away if I didn't need it'. Had he listened or read my chart in the beginning, I wouldn't have been there so long & spent so much $. Seriously huge waste!

Ask for anyone else.
My grandmother went in for emergency respiratory care, after nearly dying in the urgent care clinic, and after 7 hours of minimal communication and poor treatment by nurses including a 10 minute time searching for her vein with an IV, where she bled literally every where and they cycled through 7 vein sites, he decided she was making it all up in her head. I’ve never seen a woman cry more intensely than that IV.

The staff was courteous and moved quickly. The only issue we had was Dr. Hill's unwillingness to listen to my husband's medical history. Dr. Hill seemed unwilling to explore any other options other than what he thought it was. If this was not his intention, he did a poor job acknowledging our concerns and reassuring us when he decided to send my husband home with his severe pain. Overall, there was a lack of communication which is important between the patient, their family, and the doctor.
